According to the government of Spain, as of 13:00, more than 25,000 migrants who arrived in the Spanish enclave of Ceuta in recent days have already been returned to Morocco. The return process occurred at a rate of about 150 people per minute.
The return of migrants began at dawn and, as of 13:00, continued at an accelerated pace.
