The Russian Embassy in Berlin called the drone incident at Leipzig airport a “hastily organized provocation”. Thus, the Russian diplomatic mission commented on the alarm declared by the German authorities after the discovery of a drone filled with explosives near a Ukrainian plane.
The embassy stated that this “hastily organized provocation” “serves exclusively the purposes of Kyiv and the militaristic wing of the European political class”.
Statement on the “real threat” to Germany
“The real threat to Germany today is not the hypothetical ‘hybrid attacks’ from Moscow, which do not exist, but the politicians who enthusiastically develop scenarios for a quick war with Russia and propose that German citizens take part in it”, the Russian Embassy stated in its Telegram channel.
