Iran is demanding compensation for the damages it has suffered during the military conflict over the past five months. However, according to Donald Trump, this topic was never mentioned during their negotiations or meetings. The U.S. president wrote about this on the Truth platform, adding that he finds this idea “interesting”, as he is now demanding compensation from Iran himself.
According to Trump, he is demanding compensation for all those killed and seriously injured as a result of explosions of Iranian bombs placed along roads, as well as for numerous conflicts initiated under the leadership of General Qasem Soleimani.
Trump’s demands on Tehran
Donald Trump insists on receiving compensation from Tehran “for the families of the victims of the attack on the USS Cole and thousands of others who died in battle”. On the Truth platform, the American president also stated that compensation should be paid to the families of hundreds of thousands of innocent protesters whom, according to him, Iran has killed over the past 50 years. Additionally, Trump reported 52,000 dead in the last five months.
Trump has instructed his representatives to include this demand in any future negotiations.
